Naturalist Intern | Position Description

Maintenance Operations Technician - Seasonal | Position Description

Maintenance Operation Technicians are responsible for performing general and routine labor tasks in the upkeep of the Park District’s facilities, grounds, nature center, buildings, tools, vehicles, and equipment. Close interaction with the other departments is required regularly to ensure all departments can meet the public’s needs. This position requires one weekend day in the regular schedule (typical workweek, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday) pursuant to department needs.

Salary Range: $12.00/hr - $15/hr starting rate based on prior experience and education

Volunteer Coordinator / Gift Shop Manager | Position Description

Serve as the main liaison between the volunteers and the staff of Darke County Park District. Actively recruit, train and schedule the volunteer department. Act as the gift shop store manager and training of volunteers in running the gift shop point of sale system.

Salary Range: $13.50/hr - starting rate based on prior experience and education
